Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items returned in their original packaging with tags attached. There is no exchange fee; customers cover the return postage and shipping for the replacement item. My Line covers all shipping when an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.
